Alexis Owusu is piloting fully inclusive postpartum experiences in a neutral location, the Nyame A’ma House and offering services that support new families 24 hours per day.

As an Equity in Postpartum grantee, Postpartum Doula Alexis Owusu is piloting fully inclusive postpartum experiences in a neutral location, the Nyame A’ma House in Bergen County, and offering services that support new moms 24 hours a day as they prepare to go home.
 
Care for participating families is free of charge and includes stays of between two and five days following their discharge from the hospital.
